dc.description.abstractThe design and implants of platforms of E-Learning are essential for the development and the perspectives of the technology of informatics and the communications in the actions of knowledge in the learning-teaching process. High schools and the other educational units require a methodology to develop fast ways in the field, so they can save enormous amounts of information that is handled in the process. All this constitute a catalyst that shows that imperious necessity to develop an effective an optimal time according to the necessity of the costumer the learning-teaching process through the use of E-Learning. The proposed methodology is based on a systematic focus where several phases are implemented that contains work flows. Furthermore, a joint of artifacts (files, reports, models, among others) which is the base for the design and the development of any way of E-Learning platform. That project holds, inside their particular elements, modules with educational spaces of communications, practice and development, among others that helps join through t the process in the negotiation of the knowledge in the different subject.en
