| dc.description | El presente estudio tiene como principal objetivo “Producir compuestos orgánicos con características antimicrobianas a partir de actinomicetos aislados de muestras de suelo de la Antártida para ser usados como tratamiento inhibitorio en contra del hongo Fusarium oxysporum”, por medio de la caracterización de ciertas moléculas como la producción de proteínas, la presencia del pigmento melanina, la cantidad de azúcares reductores, etc. Lo que nos dio como resultado en el análisis comparativo de las 2 cepas de Streptomyces previamente seleccionadas (K6 y E7), una mejor capacidad inhibitoria de la cepa K6, el sustrato que consigue proporcionar lo necesario para que la cepa K6 desarrolle sus antimicrobianos de mejor manera es el almidón y finalmente la capacidad inhibitoria del actinomiceto K6 se muestra constante en el tiempo y carece de una relación directa con las moléculas aquí analizadas. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the present study is "To produce organic compounds with antimicrobial characteristics from actinomycetes isolated from Antarctic soil samples to be used as inhibitory treatment against the fungus Fusarium oxysporum", through the characterization of certain molecules such as protein production, the presence of the pigment melanin, the amount of reducing sugars, etc. This resulted in the comparative analysis of the two previously selected Streptomyces strains (K6 and E7), a better inhibitory capacity of strain K6, the substrate that manages to provide what is necessary for strain K6 to develop its antimicrobials in a better way is starch and finally the inhibitory capacity of the actinomycete K6 is constant over time and lacks a direct relationship with the molecules analyzed here. | - |
