Description:	El presente proyecto institucional se trata del desarrollo de un Software de Gestión Académica, que con la ayuda de herramientas tecnológicas y el desarrollo de aplicaciones informáticas en ambiente web, permitirá optimizar el tiempo de respuesta en la entrega de documentos y acceso a la información, empleando el método analítico histórico para lograr determinar eficazmente el problema, luego se aplicó la metodología aplicada para el desarrollo del Software de Gestión Académica SIGA (Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa) en la implementación en las diferentes etapas del ciclo de desarrollo del sistema web. Para el diseño web de páginas dinámicas se usó PHP, para el lenguaje de programación se utilizó el Ajax y JavaScript y como motor de Base de Datos el MySQL Server. Finalmente con la implementación del sistema web se hace posible la administración y control de flujo de los principales procesos tanto educativo como administrativo de la Institución, en otras palabras, el o los administradores del nuevo Sistema Integrado de Gestión Administrativa (SIGA) podrán interactuar con el mismo de forma ágil y oportuna sobre los procesos de asignaciones de nuevos usuarios, matriculas, gestión de calificaciones, cursos o convocatorias, biblioteca y emisión de reportes. En conclusión, con la implementación del nuevo sistema de Software facilita de forma significativa a los procesos de Gestión Académica del Instituto Tecnológico de Educación Superior ?Juan Bautista Aguirre?, además aporta con calidad y eficiencia en la prestación de servicios educativos hacia la comunidad en general.

Finally with the implementation of the web system makes it possible to manage and control flow of the main educational and administrative processes of the Institution, in In other words, the administrator(s) of the new Integrated Management System Administrative Office (SIGA) will be able to interact with it in an agile and timely manner. on the processes of assigning new users, enrollment, management of qualifications, courses or calls, library and issuance of reports. In Conclusion, with the implementation of the new Software system it facilitates significant to the Academic Management processes of the Technological Institute of ?Juan Bautista Aguirre? Higher Education also contributes with quality and efficiency in the provision of educational services to the community in general.
