dc.descriptionl presente estudio busca determinar costo-beneficio de la implementación de tomógrafo en el Hospital Básico Durán, incentivado por la alta demanda insatisfecha de los usuarios ante la ausencia del servicio, por lo que se refirieron otras unidades de salud. La propuesta de valor es promover la salud más cerca del hogar de los afiliados, lo que conlleva a los 193.335 afiliados que acuden a esta casa de salud tengan acceso a este servicio y así obtener un diagnóstico temprano a sus patologías y recibir tratamiento oportuno para no afectar su calidad de vida. El estudio indica un balance positivo de acuerdo a su análisis, reflejando valor presente neto de USD 408875,18 y tasa interna de retorno del 22,22%. Además de que por cada dólar de inversión se recupera USD 1,43; es decir que hay una renta del 43% por cada dólar. El periodo de recuperación del proyecto es de tres años y medio.-

dc.description.abstractenglishThe present study seeks to determine the cost-benefit of the implementation of tomography in Hospital Básico Durán, encouraged by the high unsatisfied demand of users in the absence of the service, for which are referred to other health units of the system. The value proposition is to promote health closer to the affiliate's home, which means that the 193,335 affiliates who come to this health center have access to this service and thus obtain an early diagnosis of their pathologies and receive timely treatment so as not to affect your quality of life. The study indicates a positive balance according to its analysis, reflecting a net present value of USD 408,875.18 and an internal rate of return of 22.22%. Besides that, for every dollar of investment, USD 1.43 is recovered; in other words, there is a 43% income for every dollar. The payback period for the project is three and a half years.-
