| Description: | El objetivo del presente trabajo es implementar una microempresa apícola dedicada al manejo de colmenas de abejas para producir y comercializar miel de calidad, captando parte de la demanda insatisfecha de miel de abeja generando al mismo tiempo beneficios ambientales como la polinización de los cultivos aledaños a las colmenas y aportando al sector social creando algunas fuentes de empleo en el Cantón Pimampiro, Provincia de Imbabura. La microempresa ofrecerá el producto en varias presentaciones, su diferenciación se basará en la oferta de una línea especial de miel varietal, proveniente de tres floraciones específicas, como son: floración de cítricos, floración de aguacate y floración de eucalipto. Adicional se ofertará miel convencional (multifloral) en presentación de un balde de 28 kg para comercializadores mayoristas de miel |
| metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish: | The goal of the present study, is to implement a beekeeping micro company whose main activity would be the proper management of beehives in order to produce and sell a high quality honey bee, using the unsatisfied demand of honey bee in the market as a commercial opportunity, while the bee farming contributes with the environment through the pollination in near crops, at the time that this activity will create new jobs opportunities for the people at canton Pimampiro, Imbabura province. The micro company will offer a product in several presentations, the product will be different because of the diverse types of honey bee from three specific kinds of blooms as: citric, avocado and eucalyptus. Although, this business will offer traditional (multifloral) honey bee in presentation of 28 kg for wholesale marketers. |
