| Description: | Este proyecto tiene como objetivo desarrollar e implementar un sistema de planificación para la entrega de víveres en el Banco de Alimentos "Diakonía", con el fin de optimizar y automatizar los procesos logísticos involucrados. La necesidad de esta solución surgió debido a las deficiencias en el manejo actual de la información, la cual se realizaba mediante hojas de cálculo y otros métodos manuales, lo que generaba desorganización y retrasos en el proceso de distribución. El sistema propuesto incluye módulos para la gestión de usuarios, planificación de citas, control de entregas y generación de informes, facilitando la verificación y el cumplimiento de los requisitos previos y posteriores a la entrega de víveres. La implementación de esta solución no solo mejora la eficiencia del banco de alimentos, sino que también contribuye a reducir la inseguridad alimentaria, al asegurar una distribución más efectiva de los recursos disponibles y promover una mejor administración de sus inventarios y una mejor gestión del tiempo del personal. | metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish: | The objective of this project is to develop and implement a planning system for the delivery of groceries in the Food Bank ?Diakonia?, to optimize and automate the logistic processes involved. The need for this solution arises due to the deficiencies in the current management of information and logistics, which is done through spreadsheets and other manual methods, which generates disorganization and delays in the distribution process. The proposed system includes modules for user management, appointment scheduling, delivery control and reporting, facilitating verification and compliance with pre- and post-delivery requirements. The implementation of this solution not only enhances the efficiency of the food bank, but also contributes to reducing food insecurity by ensuring a more effective distribution of available resources and promoting better inventory and human resource management.
