Proyecto de inversión para la creación de un centro general de hemodiálisis del instituto ecuatoriano de seguridad social en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

The IESS (The Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security) has the purpose of protect the affiliate and jubilate people; one of IESS’S functions is to give an integral function, that’s why the institute would like to solve the serious problems about a healthy problem. One part of the target is the people who have chronic renal failure. Up to date, the institute doesn’t have the “hemodialisis equipment” in order to improve the customer services of the patients who have these diseases in Guayaquil city. The institute in order to cover the excesses patients who couldn’t be attended, request the private services of the clinics. There are seven particular clinics where offer the renal failure service to the affiliate and jubilate people in IESS. This project has a principal objective to create and develop a “Hemodialisis center” to improve the quality of the customer services in affiliates with chronic renal failure in Guayas province, including education programs about renal diseases and also improve on economic resources of IESS.
