Abstract

In this thesis project we worked on a prototype for the development of a software application that will provide companies with a management-type tool for monitoring and control of organizational strategy. It is based on the methodology of the Balanced Scorecard of Kaplan and Norton, which is a proven framework to turn strategy into operational objectives, measures, targets and initiatives through the use of indicators. BS-CLARO, facilitate the control of strategic planning managers for its flexible design, is a horizontal solution that can be used by any industry in general.
