Implementación de un centro de rehabilitación fisiátrica en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

This project was idealized in order to get advantage of this world trend of taking care of the human body. The physiatrics is the therapy that uses physical agents: exercise and massage and other modalities. This specialty of medicine has special centers called body rehab centers, or works in parallel departments in any random hospital or clinic. In Guayaquil don’t exist but two body rehab centers because the people don’t have too much information about this type of centers, and also because sometimes this procedures are too expensive. We all live with a certain probability of having an accident or get wounded. Basically that’s the explanation of the increaseal of this service, so this give us the opportunity to create a new center that could have better and bigger structures in order to obtain all that unsatisfied demand that remains in the market. The Net Present Value, considering a discount rate of 15.98%, is USD 144,254.92.
