Abstract

Financial studies point to the quality of the information as a good predictor of economic and financial situation of a country. Therefore, these scenarios are required to date information on the actual situation of our financial institution, so this research focuses on identifying a system of management indicators and the process control of its loan portfolio. Also it investigates the main characteristics influencing the payment behavior of customers.
