Resumen : | This work seeks to implement Balanced Scorecard as a management model and strategic planning in the LEMAT in order to maximize performance and efficiency of laboratory services. The information was obtained through staff interviews, visits to the installations and workshops for improvement. The strategy was set and the management indicators were defined, which helped to monitor and to validate the implementation of the strategy through the Control Panel. The next steps for the Implementation of Balanced Scorecard were established, with the evaluation of the results was made a comparative analysis with pre-implementation stage and those results were projected. The implementation of this tool facilitated the understanding of the strategy to all levels of the company, it contributed to the automation of the process, boosted the flow of information, and this in turn resulted in reaching the deadlines set in the proformas what increased the reliability of the customers. |
