Implementación de un plan de mantenimiento autónomo en un taller mecánico industrial

Abstract

This report details the improvements a mechanical workshop in the city of Guayaquil, this is dedicated to the manufacture of mechanical parts, service provided to industrial companies Guayaquil. The maintenance aspect of equipments, there are frequent stops for breakdowns of the machines which lead to high maintenance costs, not budgeted and low productivity. During the development of autonomous maintenance plan will be given emphasis to cleaning and tidying in the workplace by applying the methodology of the 5’s. To perform autonomous maintenance plan the problem is assessed using analysis tools (histogram Pareto diagram), is made standard cleaning and lubrication for each machine with the goal to discipline staff and guide the implementation of the plan autonomous maintenance. Finally made an analysis of the steps implemented through audits to assess the progress Autonomous Maintenance Plan.
