Digital Terrestrial Television is the result of the application of digital technology to the analog television signal , a process that will optimize the spectrum and implement new interactive audiovisual services free of charge to the entire population and as every new service requires a clear and effective regulation to operate without problems , which is why we make a regulation that defines the parameters to be followed by service operators and users along with the Technical Regulations by reference to the Brazilian.
