Administración de alcance en el desarrollo de un sistema de información

Abstract

Our work consisted on execute the Project Scope Management Knowledge Area of PMBOK guide of Project Management Institute PMI in the implementation of an information system for administration and control the staff of a construction company. This report shows the study of all process in the Project Scope Management. The PMI Methodology includes 5 processes for successful scope management: Collect Requirements, Define Scope, Create WBS, Verify Scope and Control Scope, but to our management, the processes four and five have been gathered as one. For each of these processes, we selected the tools and techniques that best adjusted to the reality of the project. Interviews, observations, analysis of product, decomposition, variance analysis, expert judgment, etc. were carried out for the scope management of the Personnel Administration and Control Information System.
