dc.description	En este trabajo se presenta el diseño de un sistema web llamado “SYSCA”, cuyo objetivo es automatizar y mejorar los procesos de administración y control del rendimiento de los estudiantes del Centro de Educación Básica Nº 22 “Rosa Pazmiño de Guevara. SYSCA supera el problema que se originó debido a los cambios que surgieron en el sistema educativo en el año 2011 por la obligatoriedad de entregar a los padres de familia los respectivos informes del rendimiento académico del estudiante. Proporcionando con este sistema un diseño que facilita el manejo de la información requerida eliminando los costos de licenciamiento por estar implementado con tecnologías de software libre y código abierto, siendo accesible y adaptable para cualquier institución educativa. Este sistema ha sido diseñado con la Arquitectura de Cliente Servidor y el modelo de diseño MVC, desarrollado con el framework CodeIgniter. En la administración y almacenamiento de datos se utilizó MySQL. Para la generación de informes de aprendizaje se ha utilizado la librería PhpExcel.	es_EC
dc.description.abstract	In this paper, the design of a web system called " SYSCA" is presented, which aims to automate and improve the processes management and control of the student’s performance of Center Education Basic Nº22 “Rosa Pazmiño de Guevara”. SYSCA overcomes the problem originated due to changes in the educational system emerged in 2011 from the obligation to deliver to parents the respective reports of student achievement. By providing the system with a design that facilitates the handling of the information required eliminating licensing costs to be implemented with open source technologies and open source , being accessible and adaptable to any educational institution . This system has been designed with the Client Server architecture and MVC design model, developed with the framework CodeIgniter. MySQL was used for the storage and management of data. For reporting of Learning has been used PHPExcel library	es_EC
