Estudio de Coordinación de Las Protecciones En Base a Herramientas Computacionales, Aplicable a La Subestación de Distribución Baba

Abstract

This paper develops the study of coordination of electrical protections of the Substation of Electricity Distribution Baba, with the help of computational tools, load flow analysis, short circuit study, coordination of engineering criteria and their corresponding mathematical expressions, to facilitate the study with a greater precision and easy adjustment. The use of these tools allowed us, to concentrate our efforts in the process of information on engineering criteria generally applicable to any protection coordination in Substations, to choose the best option and setting of the different protection devices are installed based on their characteristics and standards coordination.
