dc.descriptionEl presente artículo tiene como propósito aplicarle a la Reingeniería de Sistemas la Gestión de Riesgos mediante la metodología PMP, donde se aplica la planificación, identificación, análisis y control de los riesgos identificados. El documento está dividido en 5 capítulos que comprenden: Los 4 primeros detallan el proceso de Gestión de Riesgos y en el último capítulo se desarrolla el caso de estudio donde se aplica la Gestión de Riesgos (Metodología PMP) al portal “REFAR”, al final se incluirá las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los resultados obtenidos en el capítulo 5.es_EC
