| Abstract: | This paper aims to apply Reengineering Risk Management Systems by PMP methodology, where planning, identification, analysis and control of risk applies. The document is divided into 5 chapters include: The first 4 detail the process of Risk Management and in the last chapter case study where Risk Management (Methodology PMP) is applied to the portal "REFAR" takes place at the end the conclusions and recommendations will be included based on the results obtained in Chapter 5. |
| Description: | El presente artículo tiene como propósito aplicarle a la Reingeniería de Sistemas la Gestión de Riesgos mediante la metodología PMP, donde se aplica la planificación, identificación, análisis y control de los riesgos identificados. El documento está dividido en 5 capítulos que comprenden: Los 4 primeros detallan el proceso de Gestión de Riesgos y en el último capítulo se desarrolla el caso de estudio donde se aplica la Gestión de Riesgos (Metodología PMP) al portal “REFAR”, al final se incluirá las conclusiones y recomendaciones en base a los resultados obtenidos en el capítulo 5. |
