Con los resultados del flujo de caja, se demuestra que este proyecto presenta un VAN positivo del $ 20.266,26 y una TIR de 17,08%, por lo cual se recomienda la implementación de este nuevo centro médico para atención a enfermedades en salud mental. La ciudad de Guayaquil carece de centros o clínicas que cubran la demanda de pacientes con enfermedades en salud mental. Por tal razón, USAMEIN surge como una alternativa en el sector de la salud, en la que se ofrecerá servicios de atención a las enfermedades mencionadas. Esta Unidad será de gran ayuda para que el paciente tenga una atención personalidad y especializada. |

For this reason, USAMEIN emerges as an alternative in the health sector, in which care services for the mentioned diseases will be offered.
