Resumen : Italy is the third destination for Ecuadorian migrants after Spain and the United States. There are currently about 300,000 Ecuadorians in Italy. In Italy there are many Italian bakeries to produce bread, such as Ciabatta, the ficaccia, the baguette and many other varieties, but there are no companies that produce breads from other parts of the world, much less one as the bus Ecuadorian pan bread. Therefore, our goal is to create guaguas bread frozen for export to a country where they are not produced in Italy. This product is intended for Ecuadorians emigrated to Italy because it is a product 100% Ecuadorian people already know their taste and composition, yet our aim is to prove that the Italians and they like our product for consumers who are potential in a medium or long term but have no direct competition if indirect, in this case would be the Italian bakeries that offer different desserts that we could replace.
