Abstract

The need to meet our endeavor is to help the savings in energy consumption and decrease the public complaints at the time to cancel your monthly consumption thinking that they are aggrieved because of the value to pay. The company aims to design, build and market products for measurement and control of basic services starting with the measurement of electrical energy in residential and commercial sectors, to do this, technological advances that we have are enough to create this products. The idea of a "prototype" that is marketed based on the design and construction of an electronic card (HRP 08), which is an electronic meter that can measure the monthly consumption of electricity in dollars. We believe that there is an economic benefit to users and energy savings for the country. We present a business plan for a small "core technology", CO.TROL Cía. Ltd., founded by young entrepreneurs polytechnics in the city of Guayaquil. The solution presented is efficient, economical and affordable, and clearly shows advantages over other measurement schemes currently in use.
