| Description: | El Área Provincial Natural de Recreación El Guayacán es un espacio con gran potencial turístico debido a su biodiversidad única y su cercanía a la ciudad de Guayaquil. Sin embargo, enfrenta desafíos como la falta de infraestructura adecuada, promoción digital limitada y servicios básicos insuficientes. Este proyecto busca desarrollar un plan estratégico para potenciar turísticamente el área, promoviendo el ecoturismo y la sostenibilidad. A través de herramientas como entrevistas, encuestas y análisis comparativos (benchmarking), se identifican necesidades clave: mejorar la accesibilidad, implementar señalización adecuada y crear plataformas digitales que faciliten la interacción con los visitantes. Entre las propuestas destaca el diseño de una página web informativa con sistema de reservas, un vídeo educativo ambiental para fomentar la concienciación, y un centro interpretativo que enriquece la experiencia del usuario. Además, el estudio sugiere fortalecer la promoción digital en redes sociales y colaborar con actores locales para desarrollar actividades recreativas que atraigan a un público más diverso. Estas acciones permitirán no solo mejorar la experiencia del visitante, sino también generar beneficios económicos y sociales para la comunidad local. En conclusión, el plan estratégico busca posicionar al APNR El Guayacán como un referente de ecoturismo sostenible en la región. | metadata.dc.description.abstractenglish: | The Provincial Natural Recreation Area El Guayacán holds great tourism potential due to its unique biodiversity and proximity to Guayaquil. However, it faces challenges such as insufficient infrastructure, limited digital promotion, and inadequate basic services. This project aims to develop a strategic plan to boost tourism in the area, promoting ecotourism and sustainability. Through tools like interviews, surveys, and benchmarking analysis, key needs were identified: improving accessibility, implementing adequate signage, and creating digital platforms to enhance visitor interaction. Proposed solutions include designing an informative website with a reservation system, creating an environmental educational video to foster awareness, and establishing an interpretive center to enrich the visitor experience. Additionally, the study suggests strengthening digital promotion on social media and collaborating with local stakeholders to develop recreational activities that attract a more diverse audience. These actions will not only improve the visitor experience but also generate economic and social benefits for the local community. In conclusion, the strategic plan aims to position the Provincial Natural Recreation Area El Guayacán as a benchmark for sustainable ecotourism in the region.
