Resumen : | Our work consisting in the develop and execution of a business continuity planning for a company dedicated to production and trading of Ice Creams for the year 2009, which has like purpose to avoid and play down the impacts that an interruption could cause to the company. Our work consisting of seven chapters, which contain theorical frame in that are the basic concepts than is a plan of business continuity. Company description, its antecedents and objectives. Business Impact Analysis (BIA), which analyzes the financial and operational impacts from events in case of interruptions of the areas and business processes. Strategies and different alternatives feasible for play down the impact. Develop of a business continuity plan, which it assigns a crisis committee in charge to make and actions to be realized, before, during and later of an interruption. Execution of a business continuity business plan. Maintenance plan with the object that our business continuity planning always is ready to be applied. Finally we show you our recommendations and conclusions. |
