| Abstract: | This project develops a digital tool to optimize the process of reporting and managing behaviors and conditions in a cocoa plantation. The objective is to strengthen traceability, participation, and preventive analysis by digitizing the traditional system. The hypothesis is that the implementation of an application integrated with analytical panels improves the efficiency of monitoring corrective actions and decision-making. The justification lies in the need to modernize preventive management in agricultural environments with limited digitization. The development was carried out using Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power BI, under a star schema dimensional model, applying criteria aligned with the ISO 45001:2018 standard. An eight-week pilot test was implemented, and questionnaires were administered before, during, and after the use of the tool. The results showed an increase in participation, improved user ratings, greater control of corrective actions, and strategic visualization of indicators through dashboards. It is concluded that the solution strengthens preventive management, is technically feasible and economically viable, and constitutes an applicable contribution to the agricultural sector. | Description: | El presente proyecto desarrolla una herramienta digital para optimizar el proceso de reporte y gestión de comportamientos y condiciones en una plantación cacaotera. El objetivo consiste en fortalecer la trazabilidad, participación y análisis preventivo mediante la digitalización del sistema tradicional. Se plantea como hipótesis que la implementación de una aplicación integrada con paneles analíticos mejora la eficiencia del seguimiento de acciones correctivas y la toma de decisiones. La justificación radica en la necesidad de modernizar la gestión preventiva en entornos agrícolas con limitada digitalización. El desarrollo se realizó utilizando Power Apps, SharePoint y Power BI, bajo un modelo dimensional tipo esquema estrella, aplicando criterios alineados con la norma ISO 45001:2018. Se implementó una prueba piloto de ocho semanas y se aplicaron cuestionarios antes, durante y después del uso de la herramienta. Los resultados mostraron incremento en la participación, mejora en las valoraciones de los usuarios, mayor control de acciones correctivas y visualización estratégica de indicadores mediante dashboards. Se concluye que la solución fortalece la gestión preventiva, es técnicamente factible y económicamente viable, constituyendo un aporte aplicable al sector agrícola. |
