Diseño de un sistema de control de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2000 en una empresa que se dedica a la compra y venta de vehículos y repuestos en la ciudad de Guayaquil, año 2007.

Abstract

The present research work, called "Designing a Control System for Quality Management based on ISO 9001:2000 at a company dedicated to buying and selling vehicles and spare parts in Guayaquil’s city, year 2007 ", the objective of this project is making a analysis of the strategic, operational and support processes to give an initial diagnosis to the organization based on the methodology of the International Standard ISO 9001:2000 allowing to establish, to document, to implement and to maintain a QMS that efforts to take control of key processes of the organization continuously improving its effectiveness in accordance with the requirements of reference standard. Then I proceeded with the planning of the QMS, this planning included making statements documented such as a quality policy, quality objectives, quality manual and processes, documented procedures required by the standard, documents needed by the organization to ensure the effective planning, operation and control of processes, appointment of the Representative of the Company and the necessary records required by the organization. Finally, I defined conclusions reached during the implementation of the system and recommendations that are vital to continue the procedure of continuous improvement.
