Resumen : This paper is based on giving and teaching the culinary art with healthy food in a visual way (internet) to those people that don't have creativity when preparing the food of day by day, also for people who like of the healthy culinary art and they are beginning to learn how to cook, with our system they will be able to intrude in way guessed right to the preparation of any type of recipes (dietary and vegetarian), which help to maintain a balanced feeding and this way to reduce the problems of health that exist at the present time due to the nutritious disorder that exists. For this reason the importance is that people learn how to choose and to prepare the food combining in a healthy way the carbohydrates, the proteins and the fats, since to eat healthy it depends fundamentally on the nutritious habits, the knowledge that there is about the nutritional value of the food and the way in that people get ready so that they conserve their nutritional properties. With this project we expect that individuals adopt the customs of a good feeding to be able to open the way to a new form of life in which doesn't exist the problems that at the moment most people suffer like the high cholesterol, overweight, cardiovascular problems, etc.
