Cápsulas audiovisuales para la buena práctica del senderismo en el Bosque Protector Prosperina

Abstract

CONDITION FOR PUBLICATION OF PROJECT. Hiking and cycling are recreational activities that involve traveling along routes or trails located in natural environments, such as forests or mountainous areas. These activities promote not only physical and mental well-being but also a direct and meaningful connection with nature. Based on the results obtained through an applied survey, it was found that while most respondents are familiar with the concept of hiking, there is a widespread lack of knowledge regarding the best practices necessary for engaging in it safely and responsibly. In response to this issue, educational audiovisual capsules were developed with the aim of fostering respect for the natural environment, enhancing personal safety, and promoting environmental conservation. To capture and maintain the viewer’s attention, the capsules were designed in a short-format style, incorporating creative transitions, dynamic cuts, visually appealing effects, and the strategic use of color psychology. In addition, strict safety protocols were followed during field production. The outcome was the production of six informative capsules, each focused on a specific topic: definition of hiking, prior preparation, responsible behavior on trails, respect for flora and fauna, response to emergencies, and environmental education. Each capsule was crafted to be clear, dynamic, and visually engaging, with the goal of making a positive impact on the audience. Ultimately, this educational audiovisual content seeks to raise environmental awareness and promote responsible practices among hikers and cyclists who visit the Prosperina Protective Forest, thereby fostering a harmonious relationship between humans and nature.
